Summary: The Operations Accountant role in Rugby involves providing accurate financial reporting and analysis to support operational decisions within a dynamic finance team. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor and analyse operational costs, identifying areas of improvement.
- Perform reconciliations of operational accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Identify areas for process improvements within financial operations.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.

Key Skills:
