The Role
As the BMS & Operational Technology Engineer, you’ll: Support and maintain BMS and Operational Technology (OT) systems across the estate.
Manage the integration between building controls, OT systems and wider IT infrastructure.
Support Schneider BMS technology, ensuring systems remain reliable and operational.
Work with control systems, networked infrastructure and associated monitoring platforms.
Strengthen the cybersecurity of connected building systems, including antivirus, security updates and vulnerability management.
Identify technical risks and help ensure systems remain protected against emerging security threats.
Troubleshoot BMS, OT and IT-related issues and provide technical solutions.
Work collaboratively within a wider technical and engineering team.
You
To be successful in the role of BMS & Operational Technology Engineer, you’ll bring: Strong experience working with Building Management Systems (BMS).
Knowledge of Operational Technology, IT infrastructure and connected control systems.
Experience with Schneider systems would be highly advantageous.
A good understanding of cybersecurity, system vulnerabilities and network security.
Strong fault-finding and technical problem-solving skills.
The ability to work across both traditional engineering and IT environments.
Strong communication and collaborative working skills.
