Key Responsibilities:
- Define OT-IT integration architecture, standards, and design blueprints
- Align OT systems with enterprise IT, cloud, and security architectures
- Apply Purdue Model and zone-based design principles
- Ensure compliance with ISA/IEC 62443 and enterprise security policies
- Assess current OT and IT environments and identify integration gaps
- Design target-state architectures for OT networks and systems, MES, historians, data platforms, ERP, and cloud integration
- Produce architecture diagrams, HLDs/LLDs, and technical documentation
- Provide architectural guidance during implementation and UAT
- Support vendor coordination, system integration, and issue resolution
- Review deployments to ensure adherence to approved designs
- Design secure OT-IT connectivity (DMZs, segmentation, Firewalls)
- Mitigate operational, cybersecurity, and reliability risks
- Ensure minimal impact to production and safety systems
- Deep understanding of OT network design, segmentation, and cybersecurity
- OT & IT network architecture and security
- OT/ICS systems: PLC, SCADA, DCS
- Knowledge of OT-IT integration patterns (MES, historians, cloud, analytics)
- Vendor expertise (Aruba, Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto)
- Enterprise LAN/WAN/WLAN architecture & design
- Strong architecture documentation and stakeholder communication
- 8-12+ years in OT, IT, or industrial integration roles
- Proven experience as an OT-IT Architect or Lead Engineer
- Hands-on experience with industrial vendors (Rockwell, Siemens, Schneider, etc.)
- Experience in manufacturing/industrial environments preferred
