Summary: The Oracle Fusion Test Lead will play a crucial role in supporting a large transformation programme for a major UK university, focusing on integration testing and operational readiness for Oracle Fusion, particularly with Tribal SITS. This hands-on position requires collaboration with the programme team and subject matter experts to ensure effective testing and validation of integrations. The role is not managerial but involves executing test scripts and supporting defect triage. The contract is initially for three months with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute test scripts, log defects, and support test cycles across Fusion modules
  • Perform integration and readiness testing between Oracle Fusion and Tribal SITS
  • Collaborate with SMEs and functional leads to understand requirements and define test scenarios
  • Support Kart (Programme Test Manager) with daily defect triage and reporting
  • Ensure traceability of test coverage to requirements
  • Prepare UAT data where required and support business-led validation

Key Skills:

  • Proven hands-on experience testing in Oracle Fusion programmes
  • Exposure to Tribal SITS or Higher Education integration projects
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and liaising across business/technical teams
  • Strong Jira and Confluence knowledge for defect tracking and documentation
  • Previous experience supporting go-live or cutover is beneficial

Oracle Fusion Test Lead – Operational Readiness (SITS Integration) Robert Half | London Area, United Kingdom (Hybrid)

Robert Half is supporting a Global Consulting Firm in the search for a hands-on Oracle Fusion Test Lead to become an associate contractor , supporting a large transformation programme led by our Programme Test Manager (Kart) for a major UK university. This role focuses on executing integration testing and supporting operational readiness efforts for Oracle Fusion, particularly around key integrations with Tribal SITS .

Contract Assignment Details

Location : London (Hybrid – occasional on-site as needed)

Duration : Initial 3 months (possible extension)

Day Rate : £350–£400 p/day via Ltd (Outside IR35)

Role Overview

The Test Lead will work closely with the programme team and SMEs to deliver testing across Oracle Fusion modules and validate integrations with existing Higher Education platforms. This is a hands-on testing role , not a management position.
