Key Responsibilities:
- Standardising and improving site-level financial controls and governance
- Leading the balance sheet review process across all chicken processing sites
- Producing group-wide outputs for greater financial visibility and consistency
- Creating and owning additional reporting linked to operational impacts
- Working closely with site and central teams to drive best practice
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function
Key Skills:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
- Strong financial control and governance experience, ideally in manufacturing or FMCG
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Analytical, hands-on, and comfortable working independently
- Willing to travel occasionally to other Midlands-based sites (expenses covered)

We’re looking for a confident and qualified accountant to join a leading UK food manufacturer on a fixed-term basis, supporting a key finance improvement project across multiple operational sites.
This full-time role will be based in Brackley (with hybrid working available), and will play a central role in embedding consistent financial control, governance, and reporting processes across the business.
What you’ll be doing:
