Major Responsibilities:




  1. Operational Performance Improvement:



    • Collaborate with leaders to devise and implement continuous improvement strategies.

    • Foster a culture of ongoing process enhancement through best practices and tools.




  2. Strategic Development:



    • Develop site Operational Excellence strategy and operating plan.

    • Partner with business unit OpEx to determine activity plans and priorities.




  3. Stakeholder Collaboration:



    • Execute improvement plans, including voice of customer activities, data analysis, process mapping, and change management.

    • Engage in cross-functional collaboration to refine global best practices.




  4. Culture Building:



    • Build a continuous improvement culture across departments (Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Engineering).

    • Lead workshops to brainstorm solutions and resolve challenges using process and technology capabilities.




  5. Cost Savings Initiatives:



    • Drive overall cost-saving projects to achieve annual CIP/PPV saving targets.




  6. Project Management:



    • Manage and coordinate Six Sigma/Lean projects.




  7. Supervision:



    • Supervise Labeling & Packaging Design.

    • Develop staff, ensuring appropriate training and education for highly qualified personnel. Provide ongoing performance feedback, set goals aligned with department plans, and manage execution through coaching and mentoring.




  8. Process Advocacy:



    • Advocate for process improvements across all functions to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency using intelligent automation.




Basic Qualifications | Experience:



  • Bachelor's degree or higher.

  • Minimum 5 years of related work experience with demonstrated people engagement.

  • Proficiency in English communication.

  • Extensive experience with Lean and Six Sigma projects.

  • Strong interpersonal and people management skills.

  • Proficient analytical and project management skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the capability to effectively communicate at multiple levels within the organization (locally & globally).
