So, what's the mission? As an Operational Accountant at Marley, you will be instrumental in supporting our manufacturing and operational teams. You'll be responsible for providing crucial financial insights, managing cost controls, and contributing to accurate financial reporting. This role offers the chance to work closely with various departments, offering financial guidance that directly impacts decision-making and continuous improvement.

What are the mission-critical skills? Qualifications : Qualified or actively working towards an accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) Skills: Highly organised with a keen eye for detail Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across different departments and Proficient in Excel and other relevant accounting software
