Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records related to merchandise sales, stock, and logistics
- Raise, track, and reconcile purchase orders for merchandise production and distribution
- Prepare, issue, and process invoices for suppliers, artists, and partners
- Manage finance and operations tickets through Jira
- Support the finance and merchandising teams with day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks
- Assist with payment queries and supplier communication
Key Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar support role
- Understanding of stock processing, purchase orders, invoicing, and basic accounting processes
- Experience using Jira or similar systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
