OpenText Consultant

Summary: The OpenText Consultant role requires a technical lead with extensive experience in OpenText Content Server and xECM concepts, particularly in relation to SAP and Oracle Database. The position involves providing L2 support, end-user assistance, and managing application monitoring and incident resolution. The consultant will also be responsible for creating and maintaining a Knowledge Database (KEDB) and handling workflows and reports. This role can be performed remotely or in a hybrid setting from Saint Paul, Minnesota.

Key Responsibilities:

• OpenText xECM Administrator.
• Expertise in OpenText Content Server, Archive Center, and xECM for SAP.
• Experience with live reports, web reports, workflows, and Records Management.
• Oracle SQL and OpenText Schema knowledge.
• L2 Support.
• End user support & create and maintain KEDB.
• Issue resolution related to Application Monitoring, Incident Resolution, Service Request fulfillment.

Key Skills:

• Technical lead with 8 to 10 years of work experience in OpenText Content Server.
• Good understanding of xECM concepts and experience in xECM for SAP.
• Extensive hands-on experience in OpenText Content Suite (Livelink), Web Reports, Live Reports, Active Views, Workflows, O-Script, SAP ILM, and Linux Operating Systems.
