Summary: We are looking for an experienced OpenText AppWorks Developer to design, configure, and maintain enterprise solutions on the OpenText AppWorks platform. The candidate should possess strong skills in workflow automation, BPM, case management, and system integrations. The role requires collaboration with various teams to deliver scalable solutions that align with business needs. A background in security clearance is preferred due to the nature of the position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and configure applications on the OpenText AppWorks platform.
  • Implement BPM workflows, case management, and document management solutions.
  • Integrate AppWorks with enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, Web Services, APIs, Databases).
  • Work on application customization, business rules, forms, and UI design within AppWorks.
  • Optimize system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Prepare technical documentation and participate in deployment activities.

Key Skills:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with OpenText AppWorks development and configuration.
  • Strong knowledge of BPM, Case Management, Document Management, and Workflow automation.
  • Proficiency in Web Services (SOAP/REST), XML, XSLT, SQL.
  • Experience with integration tools, scripting, and custom extensions.
  • Solid understanding of application security, scalability, and performance tuning.
  • Good knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD practices.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with other OpenText products (Content Server, Documentum, etc.) is a plus.
