Job Description:
Lead the architectural design, implementation, and lifecycle management of OpenShift platforms across multi-cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments, ensuring scalability, security, and regulatory compliance. Collaborate closely with Product Owners, architects, and engineering teams to define the OpenShift roadmap, align solutions with enterprise strategy, and ensure architectural integrity across the bank’s technology ecosystem. Act as the technical authority for OpenShift, Kubernetes, and containerization , providing expert guidance on deployment, configuration, integration, and best practices for cloud-native application modernization. Design, configure, and optimize OpenShift clusters and related components (networking, storage, observability, CI/CD integration), ensuring high performance, resilience, and seamless integration with enterprise systems and DevSecOps pipelines. Drive automation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement , including developing automation scripts/templates for cluster provisioning, resolving complex orchestration issues, and enforcing enterprise-wide security and compliance standards.
