Summary: The OpenLink / Endur Business Analyst role at a commodities trading house focuses on enhancing Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) applications. The position requires hands-on configuration experience with OpenLink/Endur and involves onboarding new products while collaborating with users across the business. The analyst will also be responsible for creating structured documentation and performing system analysis to meet user needs. This is a hybrid role requiring 2-3 days in the office in London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working with users to identify their needs.
• Creating worked examples, mock-ups, test cases, or similar to help users understand their requirements and potential solution options.
• Performing hands-on system or data analysis to identify changes (e.g., to usage, to configuration or to class-event).
• Performing hands-on configuration on OpenLink / Endur ETRM, adding and configuring products.

Key Skills:

• 5 years’ experience as an IT Business Analyst focused on ETRM systems.
• Physical Commodities Trading experience.
• Extensive hands-on technical experience in OpenLink / Endur ETRM (configuring).
• Front / middle office knowledge; pricing and valuation (P&L, risk exposure, etc.).
