Summary: The PeopleSoft Business Analyst role focuses on understanding business objectives and problems, analyzing user requirements, and improving existing computer systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Understand business objectives and problems, identify alternative solutions, and perform cost/benefit analysis.
- Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or improve existing systems.
- Write detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and steps required for program development or modification.
- Review computer system capabilities and specifications to determine feasibility of requested changes.

- Support training efforts and perform hands-on system testing.
