Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, build, and support of OneStream applications across budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting.
- Translate business requirements into robust technical designs and solution architecture.
- Develop business rules, XF scripts, and complex custom calculations.
- Design and optimize OneStream cubes, dimensions, workflows, and security models.
- Build and enhance reports, dashboards, and analytic views.
- Support and maintain data integrations, APIs, and connectors.
- Ensure data integrity, performance optimisation, and adherence to best-practice governance.
- Act as a technical lead, providing code reviews, documentation, and mentoring to other developers.
- Support production environments, month-end cycles, and ad-hoc analysis.

- Strong hands-on experience developing in OneStream XF.
- Proven expertise in business rules, scripting, cube configuration, and reporting.
- Solid SQL skills and experience working with financial data models.
- Experience supporting data integrations and ETL processes.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role, working closely with Finance and IT to deliver scalable, well-governed financial solutions.
