Summary: The Onboarding Manager will lead a small team responsible for transitioning new products from contract signature to readiness for setup at Buyagift and Red Letter Days. This role requires expertise in project management, process optimization, and team leadership to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. The successful candidate will collaborate cross-functionally and focus on delivering exceptional results while fostering a customer-centric approach. This position is offered as a 9-month fixed-term contract based in London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and refine onboarding processes and workflows to ensure efficient and effective product transitions
- Oversee the entire onboarding lifecycle for new products, from contract signature to readiness for technical setup
- Collaborate closely with Buying and Content to ensure seamless handoffs
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the onboarding team, regularly reporting on progress and identifying areas for improvement
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and bottlenecks in the onboarding process
- Ensure all necessary documentation, resources, and training are available for successful product setup
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding onboarding status and issues
- Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved in the onboarding process
- Lead, mentor, and manage a small team of Onboarding Executives, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in project management, operations, or a similar role, ideally within a software or technology company
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions
