Summary: The Onboarding Executive role at Legal & General involves coordinating the onboarding of new fund and client mandates, ensuring compliance with operational and legal requirements. Key Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinating the onboarding of new fund/client mandates, share class launches, and existing portfolio amendments.
• Communicating effectively both internally and externally on the progress of onboarding work.
• Completing onboarding documentation required for new funds and ensuring all relevant stakeholders have necessary documentation.
• Developing a clear understanding of all business areas within LGIM and maintaining effective working relationships.
• Acting as an onboarding consultant, demonstrating technical ability and understanding of client decision-making processes.
• Applying and designing business processes to support a risk-controlled and compliant environment.
• Providing day-to-day and strategic support to Onboarding Managers.
• Supporting onboarding specialists in delivering testing and updates to various forums and workstreams.

Key Skills:

• Strong academic background, preferably degree qualified (2.1 or equivalent).
• IMC qualification or willingness to study for it.
• Basic understanding of investments and current market, regulatory, and economic matters.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing at senior management level.
• Experience within the pensions industry and investment management.
• Knowledge of product/fund strategy and onboarding processes.
