Summary: The role of OIG (Oracle Identity Governance) - IAM Senior Associate involves leading and executing end-to-end implementations of Oracle Identity Governance, focusing on hands-on configuration and integration within complex enterprise environments. The position requires driving application onboarding projects, designing IGA use cases, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful identity governance processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute end-to-end OIG implementations with a strong emphasis on hands-on configuration, customization, and integration for complex enterprise environments.
- Drive application onboarding projects for a variety of systems (e.g., HR, ERP, CRM, custom apps), covering both out-of-the-box and custom connectors.
- Design and implement IGA use cases on OIG such as role-based access control (RBAC), user lifecycle management, and access request workflows.
- Hands-on troubleshooting and optimization of OIG components, including connectors, SOA workflows, and scheduled jobs.
- Collaborate with application owners, business stakeholders, and IT teams to gather requirements and ensure successful onboarding of identity governance processes.
- Lead stakeholder workshops and status meetings, providing clear communication on project progress and risks.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation for onboarding processes, customizations, and operational procedures.
- Advise on best practices for OIG upgrades and understanding of other IAM technologies as needed.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Identity Governance (OIG v 11 and above).
- Proven track record of delivering complex OIG integrations across multiple application types and environments.
- Strong programming/scripting skills for OIG customization (Java, Groovy, etc.).
- Experience managing stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to business leaders.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and project management skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle, CISSP, CISM) are a plus.

About the Role
- Lead and execute end-to-end OIG implementations with a strong emphasis on hands-on configuration, customization, and integration for complex enterprise environments.

- Analysis of application requirements and mapping to OIG connectors.
- Development of custom connectors and adapters where standard options do not suffice, including ICF based framework.
- Implementation of automated provisioning, deprovisioning, and access certification workflows.
- Integration with authoritative sources (e.g., HRMS) and target systems (e.g., databases, directories, SaaS platforms).
- Building and configuring OIG SOA workflows, approval policies.
- Developing custom UI components for OIG self-service.
- Design and implement IGA use cases on OIG such as:
- Role-based access control (RBAC) and role mining.
- User lifecycle management (joiner, mover, leaver processes).
- Access request and approval workflows tailored to business needs.
- Periodic access reviews and compliance reporting.
- Hands-on troubleshooting and optimization of OIG components, including connectors, SOA workflows, and scheduled jobs.
- Customize OIG functionality such as:
- Using Java, Groovy, or other supported scripting languages to address unique business requirements.
- Hands on experience with REST APIs, web services, event handlers, validation plugins and scheduled tasks.
- Hands on experience with Oracle BI Publisher based audit reports.
- Hands on experience in building custom Oracle SOA composites for workflows.
- Ability to reuse existing code and extend frameworks.
- Collaborate with application owners, business stakeholders, and IT teams to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure successful onboarding and adoption of identity governance processes.
- Lead stakeholder workshops and status meetings, providing clear communication on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation for onboarding processes, customizations, and operational procedures.

About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Identity Governance (OIG v 11 and above), including direct involvement in application onboarding, version upgrades and IGA use cases implementation.
- Proven track record of delivering complex OIG integrations across multiple application types and environments.
- Strong programming/scripting skills for OIG customization (Java, Groovy, etc.).
- Experience managing stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to business leaders.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and project management skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle, CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
