Role Overview
A major name in the entertainment world is constructing a brand-new London office and is looking for someone to join the tech side of the project as it moves through design, build-out and final fit-out.
You'll be plugged into the Enterprise team, acting as a bridge between internal stakeholders and the external parties (architects, contractors, consultants, vendors) delivering the physical space.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the go-to coordinator for the Enterprise Infrastructure workstream across the build's life cycle
- Sit in design and construction meetings, taking notes that actually get followed up on
- Own the tracker: actions, risks, issues, dependencies, escalate anything that's stalling
- Juggle multiple moving pieces across different tech workstreams without losing the thread
- Turn raw progress into digestible reporting: dashboards, status updates, the works
- Keep a tidy paper trail: plans, governance docs, decision logs
- Make sure what's being designed actually matches what the business needs technically
- Be the link between SMEs and the milestone calendar, chasing input where it's needed
- Help keep an eye on spend and timelines, and handle the admin that comes with a live build
What You Will Ideally Bring
- Experienced project manager across Networks and office relocations
- Comfort working around tech or infrastructure-flavoured projects (you don't need to have built the network, just understood it)
- A knack for structured reporting and keeping stakeholders in the loop without chasing them
- Genuinely organised, the kind of person who tracks things properly rather than from memory
- Working knowledge of standard PM tools and frameworks
- Bonus points for having touched a fit-out, office move, or workplace tech project before
- Calm under pressure, clear communicator, happy juggling a few things at once in a fast-moving setting
