Summary: The Office Manager role involves overseeing the daily operations of a technology organization's Glasgow site, focusing on site coordination, administration, and stakeholder management. The position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring compliance and effective internal communication. The successful candidate will also coordinate events and manage purchasing processes. This is a full-time, on-site position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage site purchasing, logistics, office supplies, stationery, gifts, and operational orders
- Support purchase orders, purchasing card administration, manual payments, and travel & expense processes
- Coordinate internal meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and maintain site performance metrics
- Support compliance activities including export control processes, ISO documentation, and internal audit preparation
- Organise and deliver internal communication events and employee engagement activities
Key Skills:
- Previous experience in an Office Manager, Operations Coordinator, Executive Assistant, Site Administrator, or similar position
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced business environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

We are currently partnered with a leading international technology organisation seeking an experienced Office Manager to support the smooth day-to-day operation of their Glasgow site. This is a highly visible role requiring strong organisational skills, stakeholder management, event coordination, and operational support across multiple business functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient site operations, supporting internal communications, coordinating events, managing purchasing processes, and helping maintain compliance and documentation standards across the business. This role is full time onsite
