Summary: The role of Distribution Operational Support Administrator is a fixed-term position focused on managing export consignments and coordinating logistics within the distribution office. The successful candidate will ensure efficient operations by handling customer orders documentation and supporting the operational team. This position is ideal for an organized and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The role is part-time, requiring 16 hours of work per week, with flexible scheduling options available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transport booking for all Customer Orders including export consignments.
  • Using SAP transactions to confirm invoicing is completed.
  • Authorise and control transport bookings for exceptions and upgrades.
  • Completion and issue of all customer orders documentation including pre advise, labels and delivery notes.
  • Booking in deliveries with customers.
  • Control the pick run process and the distribution of customer orders to the Operational team.
  • Oversee the distribution of emails received into both the central Distribution Centre and the Homecare inboxes.
  • General administrative tasks and control of Despatch documentation.
