Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare financial reports and other documents as required
  • Prepare and issue agendas, record and distribute minutes
  • Ensure work certificates are in date arranging renewals and recertifications as required
  • Managing contract reports, remedial works and certifications
  • Process invoices & track budget expenditures
  • Assist with budget forecasts and end of year reconciliation reports
  • Liaise with third parties to provide necessary documents for auditor review
  • Work with management to support sourcing and set up of external contracts
  • Carrying out general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning etc.
  • Any other duties as reasonably required from time to time

Key Skills:

  • Previous administrative experience is essential
  • Ability to coordinate with team colleagues
  • Strong knowledge of MS packages including Excel
  • Previous experience handling data inputting
  • Attention to detail and accurate approach to all work carried out
