Summary: The Office Administrator role at Lotus Cars involves overseeing daily office operations at their Global Commercial site in Coventry. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day office operations, ensuring the workplace is well-organised, efficient, and supports business needs.
  • Liaise with the landlord to coordinate and support the company’s administrative requirements.
  • Oversee visitor management and provide administrative support to employees, including office supplies, transport arrangements, and travel bookings.
  • Support the organisation of meetings, including room bookings, catering, and AV setup.
  • Process administrative invoices and payments (e.g. office supplies, couriers, utilities) in line with company financial procedures.
  • Coordinate arrangements for visiting colleagues from China, including travel and accommodation.
  • Provide administrative support across other company locations when required, including lease-related matters.
  • Carry out additional ad hoc administrative or operational tasks as required by management.

Key Skills:

  • Experience in an administrative, reception, or office support role; experience within a multinational or professional services environment is desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
  • Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin would be an advantage.

Lotus Cars builds world-class, high-performance and lightweight sports cars that are sold all around the world. To bring the company to the level we want it to be, we are looking for a Office Administrator to join us in our Global Commercial site based in Coventry.

Additional Information: This role will be working from our Coventry office. This role will be working on-site, full time. Frequent travel might be required to visit different entities. Applicants must therefore possess the ability to travel freely without restrictions. Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK without VISA sponsorship.
