Key Responsibilities:
- Owning office administration, supplies, supplier paperwork and keeping everything organised and audit-ready
- Coordinating product samples, consumer feedback, quality checks and compliance documentation
- Producing weekly operational reports, KPIs and regulatory submissions
- Supporting finance processes including invoices, reconciliations and expense management
Key Skills:
- Strong organisation skills and comfort working with numbers and data
- Experience in administration, operations or a similar support role, or clear evidence of potential
- Confidence managing multiple priorities without hand-holding
- A practical, can-do attitude and willingness to be office-based three days a week

You will be trusted with day-to-day admin, quality coordination and finance support, not just task ticking. It suits someone organised, numerate and commercially curious who enjoys being useful and visible in the business. You will be office-based three days a week in Milton Keynes, with flexibility around start and finish times. Full training is provided, but this is not a passive role. You will be expected to get stuck in and take responsibility quickly.
