Summary: The Offboarding Administrator role at 4Com is a temporary position within the Customer Services team, focused on managing the offboarding process for customers leaving the company. The role involves administrative support, case management, and collaboration with colleagues to ensure a smooth transition for departing customers. This position is fully office-based in Bournemouth and offers opportunities for future progression. Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process leaving notifications for Line, Broadband, and SIP services.
  • Ensure customers are off-boarded correctly and all systems are updated.
  • Handle the recovery of Title and liaise with funders and customers as necessary.
  • Assist in the recovery of equipment from offboarded customers.
  • Prepare weekly team statistics and calculate early termination charges.
