Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving and processing customer leaving notifications for Line, Broadband, and SIP services.
- Logging and checking all transfer requests and ensuring adherence to the Winback process.
- Communicating with third-party funders regarding delinquency or customer complaints.
- Liaising with various departments to recover equipment from exiting customers.
- Researching customer accounts to understand their history and experience with 4Com.
- Exploring all avenues for customer retention and following the offboarding process when necessary.
- Handling incoming calls related to offboarding.
