I am recruiting for an OEM Sales Manager on behalf of my client, a global manufacturer of radiation detection instruments. This role focuses on growing OEM sales across core product lines, with international travel and strategic account responsibility. The OEM Sales Manager will lead global commercial activities with OEMs, integrators, and distributors—managing the full sales cycle from lead generation through to contract negotiation. The position is based in the UK (Croydon area) with hybrid working and regular site visits to maintain strong internal collaboration and product knowledge.
