Summary: The role of Paediatric Occupational Therapist involves supporting children and young people aged 2 to 25 years and their families through tailored assessments and interventions. The position is hybrid, allowing for a mix of clinic and community work, and is offered on a self-employed basis with a rolling long-term contract. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and provide interventions for children and young people.
- Utilize neuro-affirming approaches to create a safe and comfortable atmosphere.
- Complete administrative tasks such as report writing and emails from home.
- Work in both clinic and community settings.
Key Skills:
- BSc in Occupational Therapy.
- 2-4 years of paediatric experience in Occupational Therapy.
- Membership in RCoT and HCPC.
- Ability to work flexibly and creatively.

Job Spec:
Ideally, you would need to reside in Hampshire or be willing to relocate to this area
Hybrid - You can complete assessments and then complete administrative/non-client facing work at home such as report writing/emails and annual reviews.
Position is split between clinic and community
The role is for an Associate/Locum (self-employed) on a rolling long term contract, with an hourly rate. Full and part-time considered
A BSc in Occupational Therapy and demonstrable (2-4 years) paediatric experience within Occupational Therapy is essential for consideration. They must also be a member of RCoT and HCPC.
Rate is £30+ per hour and you can be self-employed
