Summary: We are seeking an experienced o9 SP Functional Consultant specializing in Supply Planning to support the implementation and optimization of the o9 platform for enterprise supply chain planning. The role requires deep functional knowledge of supply planning processes and strong client-facing skills. The consultant will focus on solution design, functional configuration, and deployment across various industries. A minimum of 10 years of experience is desired for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze client business processes and supply planning workflows to identify solution gaps and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and validate functional and business requirements.
  • Design solution approach and support detailed design activities to meet user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Lead or participate in user story grooming sessions and assist in backlog creation and refinement.
  • Work closely with Solution Architects and Configuration Leads to ensure functional solutions are technically feasible and aligned with o9 capabilities.
  • Support functional data mapping, integration points, and validation activities.
  • Assist in testing phases, including unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Conduct end-user training, walkthroughs, and provide hypercare support during go-live and post-deployment phases.
  • Recommend functional enhancements and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a Functional Consultant or Business Analyst working on the o9 platform, especially within the Supply Planning module.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes including forecasting, inventory optimization, production planning, and capacity management.
  • Proven experience in requirements gathering, documentation, user story creation, and functional testing.
