Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and disassemble vehicle parts and components for static and dynamic testing.
- Set up equipment and instrumentation for accurate test execution.
- Collaborate with Engineering Groups for Test and Design to conduct testing and report in line with guidelines.
- Review test data, identify any concerns, and propose effective solutions.
- Assist with facility management, including maintenance, calibration, risk assessment, and training.
- Support the reporting of test results and continue to liaise with Test and Design Engineering Groups.
Key Skills:
- Apprenticeship from an automotive dealership or demonstrable experience in vehicle maintenance.
- Knowledge of vehicles both mechanically and electrically.
- Experience working on modern, classic, or race cars.
- Background in workshop environments.

Are you an experienced Vehicle Technician interested in a new opportunity to grow your career and join an expanding new vehicle test and development team? ASL Technical are working closely with a leading vehicle manufacturer as they look to expand their Test and Development team working within an NVH (Noise, Vibration and Harshness) focus.
This is a 12 month contract opportunity, paid weekly on a PAYE basis. There is a very real chance the contract will be extended for a further 12 months at the end of the current assignment.
Main Purpose of NVH Test and Development Technician
- Assemble and disassemble vehicle parts and components for static and dynamic testing.

NVH Test and Development Technician Requirements
It is assumed that you will have an apprenticeship from an automotive dealership or be a time served individual with demonstrable experience. Knowledge of vehicles both mechanically and electrically will be advantageous.
Graduate Engineers with a solid background in working on modern, classic or race cars will be considered, but will have to have a solid background in workshop environments.
