Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the development and validation of NVH strategies across all vehicle systems, with a focus on EV-specific challenges.
- Define and cascade vehicle-level NVH targets to components, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
- Lead technical reviews, testing (virtual and physical), and root cause analysis to resolve NVH issues and enhance acoustic comfort.
- Promote continuous improvement, mentor junior engineers, and refine NVH standards.
Key Skills:
- 8+ years' experience in NVH development, including EV-specific challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Acoustical, or related Engineering field.
- Proven leadership in NVH projects, with strong skills in setting and managing technical specifications at all system levels.
- Proficient in NVH testing, both virtual (CAE) and physical, using tools like LMS Test.Lab, B&K Pulse, and HyperMesh.
