Key Responsibilities:

- Work collaboratively with support staff and colleagues.
Key Skills:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Has a recognised Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher qualification.
- Holds GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above); Science at GCSE level is desirable.
- Secure understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Strong knowledge of early child development and effective early years practice.
- Experience as an Early Years teacher or relevant Foundation Stage experience.
