Summary: The Nuclear HSE Consultant role at Westlakes Recruit involves leading and managing the technical aspects of safety documentation within a hybrid working arrangement. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage technical input to the planning and production of safety documentation.
  • Deliver safety assessments and associated technical documentation in accordance with agreed organisational standards.
  • Monitor the production and delivery of safety documentation using defined performance measures.
  • Ensure safety documentation complies with internal management system procedures and requirements.
  • Provide technical input to corporate safety, environmental and health policies, guidance and strategic direction.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of technical training.
  • Mentor and support the development of safety assessment personnel as part of structured capability programmes.
  • Maintain and promote high standards in security, environmental protection, safety and health.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as defined within the organisation's engineering governance and technical authority framework.

Westlakes Recruit are currently recruiting for a Nuclear HSE Consultant based in Reading. Candidates will be on a Hybrid working arrangement and engaged on a contract basis.
