Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing legal advice across property, commercial contracts, logistics, technical operations, PR & social media, influencer marketing, and trademark matters.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, leases, and various commercial agreements.
  • Ensuring legal documentation is maintained accurately, securely, and confidentially.
  • Supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of legal processes across the group.
  • Managing Legal Administrators to ensure timely and efficient completion of legal requests.
  • Identifying legal risks and recommending mitigation strategies.
  • Advising stakeholders on the legal implications of commercial decisions.
  • Keeping up to date with relevant legal developments, including GDPR and IP law.

What You’ll Do
