NQ Legal Counsel (FTC- September 2025 Qualifier)

What you'll do: As Legal Advisor, you'll be a key member of the legal team and a trusted point of contact for a wide range of legal queries across the business. Responsibilities include:

• Providing legal advice across property, commercial contracts, logistics, technical operations, PR & social media, influencer marketing, and trademark matters.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, leases, and various commercial agreements.
• Ensuring legal documentation is maintained accurately, securely, and confidentially.
• Supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of legal processes across the group.
• Managing Legal Administrators to ensure timely and efficient completion of legal requests.
• Identifying legal risks and recommending mitigation strategies.
• Advising stakeholders on the legal implications of commercial decisions.
• Keeping up to date with relevant legal developments, including GDPR and IP law.

What you bring: We're looking for a commercially minded, proactive legal professional who's ready to contribute across the business. You'll need:

• Experience in UK property law and working knowledge of UK commercial contracts and IP law.
• The ability to analyse legal and business data and provide clear, actionable advice.
• A self-starter with the ability to work under pressure and manage shifting priorities.
• An open, inquisitive mindset and a continuous improvement approach.
• A solid understanding of GDPR and legal compliance obligations.
