Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end novation lifecycle, managing the transfer of contractual rights and obligations between outgoing and incoming suppliers or entities.
- Review existing contracts to identify novation requirements, dependencies, and risks, ensuring legal and commercial accuracy throughout the process.
- Prepare, coordinate, and manage novation agreements and supporting documentation, working closely with Legal, Procurement, and Compliance teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors to align timelines, resolve issues, and ensure seamless transitions.
- Monitor and track progress using structured novation trackers, maintaining accurate documentation, approvals, and milestone updates.
- Ensure risk mitigation and governance by assessing legal and operational impacts, maintaining audit-ready records, and ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.
