- Constantly liaises with the UK Merchandising Manager and HQs Visual Merchandising to catch guidelines and implementation plans.
- Ensures execution and transfers prompt feedback and all relevant needs to the UK Merchandising Manager or HQs.
- Liaises with sales staff to guarantee stock provision, pricing, and proper mix.
- Teaches sales staff how goods should be displayed and transfers visual guidelines and the proper handling of products.
- Cooperates with the UK Merchandising Manager and HQs Visual Merchandising for the implementation of store events and product presentations.
- Guarantees the proper handling of visual tools and deals with maintenance, inventory, and replacement of tools in accordance with HQs guidelines.
- Liaises with Store Managers in monitoring sales performance, market peculiarities, and customer target.
- Transfers all relevant information and customer feedback to HQs Visual Merchandising.

Position: UK Visual Merchandiser
Reports to: UK VISUAL MERCHANDISING MANAGER
Job Mission : Ensures proper execution of visual guidelines set by HQs within the area falling under her/his remit, both for retail and wholesale channels. S/He constantly verifies that stores image is consistent in terms of: display and spaces use, layout of every department, windows and lighting. Guarantees and promotes stores image thus attracting the customers and encouraging them to buy.
Main duties and responsibilities :
- Visual Guidelines Implementation : Constantly liaises with the UK Merchandising Manager and or HQs Visual Merchandising to catch guidelines and implementation plans
- Ensures execution and transfers prompt feedback and all relevant needs to the UK Merchandising Manager or HQs
- Liaises with sales Staff in order to guarantee stock provision, pricing and proper mix
- Staff Training: Constantly liaises with sales Staff in order to share visual criteria and implementation
- Teaches sales Staff how goods should be displayed and transfers visual guidelines and the proper handling of products
- S/He is responsible for maintaining display rigorously
- Store Events Set Up: Cooperates with the UK Merchandising Manager and or HQs Visual Merchandising for the implementation of store events, products presentation, seasonal markdown
- Tools Maintenance: Guarantees the proper handling of visual tools
- Deals with maintenance, inventory, replacement of tools in accordance with HQs guidelines
- KPIs Analysis and Reporting: Liaises with Store Managers in monitoring sales performance, market peculiarities and customer target
- Transfers all relevant information and customer feedback to HQs Visual Merchandising
