The position requires managing testing across multiple integrated systems and SAP ERP deployments, ensuring performance and operational readiness. This role is critical as the organization transitions to a Global S/4HANA platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in test management and a strong background in relevant industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee non-functional testing across multiple integrated systems and SAP ERP deployments.
• Ensure performance, reliability, and operational readiness of systems.
• Manage non-functional testing in both SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Utilize performance testing tools such as LoadRunner and NeoLoad.
• Engage in stakeholder management and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.

Key Skills:

• Extensive experience in test management across Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong background in Lifesciences, Healthcare, FMCG, or Pharma industries.
• Experience managing non-functional testing in SAP systems.
• Proficiency with performance testing tools (e.g., LoadRunner, NeoLoad).
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
