We are now seeking a Non-Executive Director with a strong finance background to join our Board at a pivotal moment in the organisation’s development. This is a critical role, bringing independent financial insight, commercial acumen and strategic judgement to support the Executive Team and fellow Trustees. You will help shape Turning Point’s long-term financial strategy, strengthen oversight of risk, assurance and controls, and support confident, values-led decision-making in a complex and evolving health and social care landscape.
From January 2027, the postholder will also assume the role of Chair of the Audit Committee, playing a central role in ensuring robust financial governance and accountability. We are looking for an experienced board-level leader with strong financial and risk management expertise, a clear understanding of governance within a complex national organisation, and a strong commitment to Turning Point’s vision, values and public benefit.
