Summary: The Night Auditor at MOXY Glasgow SEC is responsible for creating positive guest experiences while managing hotel operations during the night shift. This role requires a confident communicator who can multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment, ensuring guest satisfaction and adherence to hotel policies. The position involves checking guests in and out, managing room inventory, and operating food and beverage outlets. The ideal candidate will embody the Moxy spirit, promoting a fun and relaxed atmosphere for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Helping guests and creating positive experiences
• Manage hotel room inventory and checking guests in/out the Moxy way
• Operate Food & Beverage outlets the Moxy way
• Manage all bills and payments correctly
• Prepare food, clean, tidy, restock, take deliveries and organize BOH areas
• Follow all food safety, licensing and health and safety policies to work safely
• Supporting other Crew Members and follow direction from Crew Leaders
• Promote and support the Moxy brand & the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program
