Summary: The Niche RMS System Administrator will support the configuration, maintenance, and daily operations of the Niche Records Management System for a UK Police Force during a critical implementation phase. This role requires an experienced professional to manage user accounts, ensure data integrity, and provide technical support. The position also involves customizing the system to meet operational needs and delivering user training. The contract duration is between 6 to 12 months, starting in June 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
  • Maintain data integrity and accuracy across the Niche system.
  • Tailor the platform to meet operational needs, including feature setup and system integration.
  • Provide frontline technical support and resolve system-related issues.

  • Demonstrated experience as a Niche RMS Administrator.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Niche RMS, including configuration and support.
  • Effective communicator, able to support both technical teams and end users.
  • Active or recent NPPV3 clearance.
