- Proven programme/project delivery experience in complex NHS environments.
- Ability to work effectively with product teams and technical delivery functions.
- Experience delivering within an ICB environment (nice-to-have).
- Exposure to NHS product/digital delivery programmes (e.g., FDP experience) (nice-to-have).
- Direct experience in strategic commissioning or commissioning transformation (nice-to-have).

This role sits at the intersection of healthcare strategy, commissioning priorities, and delivery, and will suit someone who understands NHS structures and how commissioning decisions are made in practice. While the tool has a technical component, the organisation is primarily looking for someone with strong healthcare strategy and NHS programme delivery experience. The ability to work effectively with product and technical teams is important, but deep NHS context and commissioning understanding is the core requirement.
