Key Responsibilities:
- Lead delivery of assigned workstreams, ensuring effective planning and execution
- Manage programme interdependencies and escalate risks/issues as needed
- Drive workforce transition and organisational design initiatives
- Produce programme reporting, assurance outputs, and maintain risk/issue logs
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement and communications across the programme
Key Skills:
- Independent consultant experience
- Experience working within NHS PMO / Delivery Units
- Business management expertise
- Experience in corporate functions and service design
- Strong HR and workforce change capability (nice-to-have)
Salary (Rate): £700.00/daily
