Location: Hybrid in London

We’re supporting a London-based healthcare transformation consultancy seeking Programme Managers to deliver NHS transformation initiatives. This role requires strong NHS HR/workforce transition experience within an NHS Trust setting. You’ll lead workstreams, drive organisational design, manage stakeholders, and ensure robust governance and reporting.
