Summary: The NHS Network Project Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of network-related projects, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, cloud connectivity, and telephony. This role involves defining project scope and objectives, developing project plans, managing risks, and ensuring adherence to project methodologies while collaborating with various stakeholders. The position requires effective communication and reporting to senior leadership and governance boards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of network-related projects (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, cloud connectivity, telephony).
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies effectively.
- Ensure adherence to PRINCE2, Agile, or hybrid project methodologies as required.
- Work closely with clinical, operational, and IT teams to ensure project alignment with service needs.
- Liaise with third-party suppliers, contractors, and NHS Digital partners.
- Provide clear communication and reporting to senior leadership and governance boards.
