Key Responsibilities:
- Document, build, and deploy an on-premises email relay infrastructure using Postfix.
- Implement a robust, secure, and scalable Postfix-based relay solution that integrates with enterprise systems.
- Understand and work with Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation.
- Troubleshoot mail delivery and server performance issues.
- Write technical documentation related to the email relay infrastructure.
Key Skills:
- Extensive hands-on experience with Postfix in enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of SMTP protocols, email routing, and mail security.
- Proficiency in Linux system administration (e.g., RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu).
- Experience in reading and implementing Low-Level Designs.
- Familiarity with TLS, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, SASL protocols.
- Ability to integrate into core solutions such as VCF, HPE, SIEM, and LDAP/AD.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for mail delivery and server performance issues.
- Scripting experience (e.g., Bash, Python) for automation and monitoring.
- Strong at writing technical documentation.

Role Description:
Seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Postfix SMTP Relay Engineer to document, build, and deploy an on-premises email relay infrastructure using Postfix. This role requires deep expertise in SMTP protocols, mail routing, and secure Mail Server configuration. They will be need to understand Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation and have proven experience in implementing a robust, secure, and scalable Postfix-based relay solution that integrates with enterprise systems.
Required Skills & Experience:
Extensive hands-on experience with Postfix in enterprise environments.
Strong understanding of SMTP protocols, email routing, and mail security.
Proficiency in Linux system administration (eg, RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu).
Experience in reading and implementing Low-Level Designs.
Familiarity with TLS, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, SASL protocols
Ability to integrate into core solutions such as VCF, HPE, SIEM and LDAP/AD.
Strong troubleshooting skills for mail delivery and server performance issues.
