Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of manufacturing processes for Series Models, ensuring seamless integration into existing production environments.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to create robust, repeatable assembly processes and documentation, from initial design to series production.
  • Define, specify, and deliver optimal operational practices in line with brand expectations, while assisting the manufacturing engineering team in creating departmental budgets for program business cases.
  • Ensure successful delivery of new products by supporting the achievement of all project gateway milestones.
  • Lead the design of new layouts and material flow, collaborating with Engineering & Operations teams to align new models with the facility's overall plan and vision.

Key Skills:

  • A degree in Mechanical / Automotive Engineering or a similar field, or equivalent experience in a comparable role.
  • Experience in creating process documentation.
  • Strong background in vehicle assembly processes.
  • Familiarity with assembly equipment (procurement experience is a plus).
  • Experience with planning and executing new vehicle program targets.
  • Solid understanding of operational constraints.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (preferably CATIA).
