  • Prepare and distribute accurate pre-sale price lists within the agreed timeframe set out for approval by the Sales Manager.
  • Identify and resolve problems on purchases, advising buyers and solicitors accordingly.

Key Skills:

  • Property Sales experience as a Sales Executive, Consultant or Negotiator.
  • New Homes experience desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to work 9am-5pm Tuesday to Saturday (guaranteed Sundays and Mondays off).

Sales Consultant - New Homes

18 month FTC

London - North Woolwich (site-based, Tuesday to Saturday)

Up to £35,000 basic salary plus £10,000 OTE bonus (paid quarterly)

Hyde is looking to recruit a New Homes Sales Consultant.

As a New Homes Sales Consultant, you will undertake the marketing and subsequent sale of shared ownership housing activities by delivering an exceptional, proactive and tailored customer service.
