Job Description
This role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Innovation Lab, helping ensure initiatives are planned, coordinated, tracked, and communicated effectively.
Coordinate and support innovation squads exploring future-focused opportunities Manage project intake, squad formation, sprint planning, progress tracking, demos, and reporting.
Track the innovation project pipeline and support planning and execution activities.
Manage Innovation Lab operations, including equipment, onboarding, resource coordination, and readiness.
Coordinate ecosystem showcases, workshops, and engagement activities, including logistics, stakeholder communications, action tracking, and follow-up activities.
Develop and manage university engagement programs and student work-study opportunities supporting Innovation Lab initiatives.
Organise campus talks, workshops, innovation challenges, and other talent engagement activities.
Manage program governance processes including reporting, dashboards, trackers, and status updates.
Support budget planning, procurement coordination, and operational financial management across Innovation Lab activities.
Prepare executive-ready updates, presentations, and communications for leadership and key stakeholders.
Support AI-first ways of working including the use of tools such as Claude Code to improve planning, content creation, reporting, communications, and program delivery.
Job Requirements
10+ years of experience in program management, innovation programs, product operations, consulting, accelerator or incubator programs, fintech, technology delivery, partnerships, or related functions.
Strong AI-first mindset with a demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to improve planning, content creation, reporting, communications, and execution.
Demonstrated ability to independently lead and coordinate multiple concurrent initiatives with competing priorities and tight timelines.
Strong program/project management capabilities, including planning, governance, reporting, and execution.
