We are looking for an experienced Network Infrastructure Test Analyst with strong expertise in telecom, network infrastructure, Cisco technologies, and end-to-end testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Create test scripts from Test Plans, HLDs, and LLDs for routers, switches, firewalls, and network infrastructure.
• Execute testing across Hosting, Data Centre, LAN/WiFi, SD-WAN, Fixed Connectivity, Mobility, Telephony, UC, MPN/Cloud, IoT, Cloud, and Security environments.
• Support Unit, SIT, Functional, Non-Functional, DR, and OAT testing.
• Manage test cases, requirements traceability, execution evidence, and defects using ALM.
• Raise, track, retest, and close defects in collaboration with design, engineering, and delivery teams.
• Interpret network HLD/LLD designs and convert them into executable test scenarios.
• Configure and operate network test equipment, including RFC 2544 throughput, latency, and frame-loss testing.
• Perform smoke testing, test environment readiness checks, and service validation.
• Support Data Centre activities, including physical-layer work and fibre optic handling.
• Produce test status reports, defect updates, and milestone evidence.
• Contribute to test automation, reusable test assets, knowledge transfer, and team onboarding.

Mandatory Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant testing experience.
• Proven telecom/network infrastructure testing experience.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco router and switch console commands.
• Ability to interpret HLD/LLD and create effective test scenarios.
• Hands-on ALM experience for test case management, traceability, and defect management.
• Strong Excel skills with working knowledge of Teams and SharePoint.
• Excellent stakeholder management, documentation, and time-management skills.

Desirable

• RFC 2544 testing experience.
• StableNet or similar network/service management tools.
• CNI / Critical Infrastructure experience.
• SD-WAN, Cloud/Security, or UC testing experience.
• Test automation and reusable test asset experience.
• ISTQB Foundation certification.
• CCNA or relevant networking certification.
