Summary: The Network Security Engineer role involves supporting a major enterprise network transformation and migration programme. The position requires a highly technical individual with experience in Proxy technologies and the ability to manage workstreams effectively. This is a 12-month contract with a hybrid working arrangement, requiring two days on-site in Cheshire. The role is classified as inside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver technical components of large-scale enterprise network migration programmes
- Design, implement, and troubleshoot complex systems within enterprise network environments
- Own assigned network workstreams from planning through to implementation and validation
- Proven experience operating in large, complex network environments
- Hands-on experience with Secure Web Gateways (bluecoat)
- Experience with enterprise DNS platforms, load balancers, and Firewalls
- Cisco CCNP or CCIE level experience

Our client is looking for a highly technical Network Secuirty Engineer to support a major enterprise network transformation and migration programme. You must be able to own the work and have experience with Proxy technologies.
This is a 12-month contract with the possibility of extension, and it is a hybrid role that requires 2 days on site in Cheshire.
What we are looking for:
- Cisco CCNP or CCIE level experience
- Hands-on experience with Secure Web Gateways (bluecoat)
- Lead and deliver technical components of large-scale enterprise network migration programmes
- Design, implement, and troubleshoot complex within enterprise network environments
- Own assigned network workstreams from planning through to implementation and validation.
