Summary: The Network Experience Delivery Lead will oversee the migration of customers from a light MVNO platform to a full MVNO architecture within a leading telecommunications company. This role requires a combination of project management, technical delivery oversight, and cross-functional coordination to ensure a smooth transition and address any arising issues. It is a newly created position within a high-performing team, offering a supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the migration of customers from a light MVNO platform to a full MVNO architecture.
- Utilize project management skills to oversee the migration process.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Provide technical delivery oversight and address any issues that arise.
- Engage in issue management and release planning.
- Understand and work with BSS/OSS, provisioning, and billing systems.
