Summary: The Network Experience Delivery Lead will oversee the migration of customers from a light MVNO platform to a full MVNO architecture within a leading telecommunications company. This role requires a combination of project management, technical delivery oversight, and cross-functional coordination to ensure a smooth transition and address any arising issues. It is a newly created position within a high-performing team, offering a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the migration of customers from a light MVNO platform to a full MVNO architecture.
  • Utilize project management skills to oversee the migration process.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Provide technical delivery oversight and address any issues that arise.
  • Engage in issue management and release planning.
  • Understand and work with BSS/OSS, provisioning, and billing systems.

My leading Telco client are looking for a talented and motivated individual to manage the migration of customers from a light MVNO platform to their full MVNO architecture. You'll use a blend of project management, cross-functional coordination and technical delivery oversight, to manage the migration and deal with any problems that occur as a result. This is a newly created role in a high-performing yet supportive team. A great opportunity!

The following skills / experience is essential:

  • Strong experience in MVNO or MNO environment.
  • Proven experience delivering complex telecom migration or service transition.
  • Issue management and release planning
  • Understanding of BSS/OSS, provisioning, billing systems.
  • Excellent communication skills

Rate: Up to £700/day

Duration: 12 months +

Location: London (good work from home options available)
